The service advisor Patrik Shea-Hovesta was very supportive, courteous and understanding when I spoke with him that my car was being towed in about an hour and he told me he would wait till I arrived as they leave at 5pm. My tow came early and I was there before closing. He kept me posted on what happened to my car along with updates on repairs, along with the cost. My car was ready at the time I was told. Worst experience ever in purchasing a vehicle. Deceptive. Multiple issues with the car in the 2 weeks we have owned it. The car was allegedly Certified. Absolute lies. Continue to waste time, taking time out of work and gas returning to the dealership repeatedly and get the runaround. This dealership SOLD to another dealership during the time I was purchasing the vehicle and was never notified it changed hands and that I would not have the Stateline Nissan dealership to work with if there were issues with the car. I recently purchased a preowned vehicle here and had a very positive experience overall. My sales rep, Nick, was fantastic to work with—he made the entire process easy, transparent, and low-pressure. I’m really happy with the car and the deal we reached. My only small 'funky' note was that the pickup timing shifted; I expected to take the car home the next day, but it ended up taking one extra day to finalize everything. Despite the slight delay, I left satisfied and would definitely recommend asking for Nick if you're looking for a smooth buying process

Was fun buying a car off him. They will show you everything on paper before you sign. Tough to get them to budge on price but it is their jobs to stay profitable at the end of the day. The people I interacted with seem like they actually like their jobs. The is a big + for that company. They must treat their employees well.

Called in to get pricing. Appears that on the floor Salesman has no idea what the "Internet Sales " said. They agreed to the deal made with internet but if they didn't I would have been upset I drove all the way there.

Recently bought a new 2026 Nissan Kicks from here and had an excellent experience. The sales associate was named Will and he provided a calm, low pressure environment with no pressure. He walked me through everything about the original car l went to see, then when l spotted the Kicks and wanted to hear more he pivoted with no problem and gave me all the information and support l needed to make an informed decision. As a woman purchasing a car by myself l was nervous, but did not need to be.
This was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had Poor customer care and service Poor communication The entire experience was terrible, i will be doing Yelp, Google reviews as well as the BBB. I cannot believe how bad this experience was

My experience at stateline Nissan went very smooth. Josiah appeared to be an honest salesman throughout the process, who worked with me and David (sales manager), to get me into a beautiful car at the right price. Josiah and his team made sure I was happy with the deal throughout the whole experience. Jay the finance manager also treated me well and answered all of my questions. Stateline appears to be a no xx dealership with honest prices and employees.
I will never buy a car from here again. The entire process from start to finish was awful. I leased a car for my daughter 5 years ago then came back to finance and still the same bad business. The service department is awful as well, when they try to tell your daughter than a brand new car needs new brakes when the car is 6 months old! Awful.
